Clarification Notice
Creative Secondary School, Creative Primary School and Creative Primary School's Kindergarten,
Hong Kong do not own any branch school in Shenzhen
Recently, we have noted that a number of websites in the PRC have posted online articles promoting a new school called “Hong Kong Creative School (Luohu)” in Shenzhen.
We wish to clarify that the relationships described in the websites between the above-mentioned school in Shenzhen and our three schools namely Creative Secondary School (啓思中學) in Tseung Kwan O, Creative Primary School (啓思小學) and Creative Primary School’s Kindergarten (啓思小學附屬幼稚園) in Oxford Road, Kowloon Tong HKSAR is factually untrue.
We further clarify that “Hong Kong Creative School (Luohu)” in Shenzhen and Creative Secondary School, Creative Primary School & Creative Primary School Kindergarten in Hong Kong belong to different sponsoring bodies and are operated and managed by independent School Boards. We have neither managerial nor financial relationship with the above-mentioned school in Shenzhen and have never played any role in its establishment nor current or future operation.
We have written to the management of the websites concerned, asking them to correct the erroneous information so as to avoid misleading the public in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Creative Primary School's Kindergarten, Creative Primary School, Creative Secondary
School have nothing to do with what has been reported in a recent news article
It has come to our attention that there is a recent news report regarding a court case involving a claimant purporting to demand payment of debt from a person who in the past had operated a chain of kindergartens with a similar name to the kindergarten of our organization.
We wish to clarify that the chain of kindergartens mentioned in the article belongs to a different sponsoring body and are operated independently from the sponsoring body. The operator of Creative Primary School’s Kindergarten, Creative Primary School of 2A Oxford Road, Kowloon Tong
and Creative Secondary School of 3 Pung Loi Road, Tseung Kwan O, N.T. have no management nor financial relationships with the above-mentioned chain of kindergartens.
We would therefore like to assure all stakeholders of our school community that what is reported in the news article has absolutely nothing to do with our 3 schools and their sponsoring body.
